VelluGuardian is a small program that runs constantly in the background of each computer. The moment it's installed, it learns the machine — the hardware, the software, the services that should be running — so it knows what "healthy" looks like and notices the instant something drifts.
It fixes problems — and checks its own work
When something goes wrong, VelluGuardian doesn't just raise a flag — it runs the fix and then verifies the fix actually worked before telling anyone it's done. Someone messages "my printer won't print," and it restarts the print system, confirms the printer is back online, and replies that it's handled. Slow computer, low disk space, a stuck Windows service — same pattern: understand, fix, confirm. The safe, everyday fixes happen on their own, around the clock. Anything that could disrupt the business is held for a real person on our team to approve.
It keeps the bad stuff out
VelluGuardian actively defends the machine: it keeps Windows Defender switched on and healthy, runs virus scans, and removes threats. It watches for the tricks scammers use — the fake "tech support" remote-control tools, hijacked browser and network settings — and it reverses them automatically.

When you want a staff member to reach their office computer from home, they sign in to your private client portal and connect to exactly the machine you've assigned them — nothing more. The files are scrambled on the computer before they ever leave it, and the key to unlock them is held only by us — so no one else, not even the cloud provider, can read your data.
