What devices does Vellunox support? +
Vellunox supports Windows 10/11, Windows Server 2016+, macOS 11+, and most Linux distributions. Chromebook support is available via the Linux terminal or web-based remote access.
How do I install the agent? +
Visit the Agent Downloads page. For Windows, download the MSI installer or run the PowerShell command. For macOS/Linux, use the provided bash script.
Is remote access secure? +
Yes! We use RustDesk with end-to-end encryption and our own relay server. All connections are authenticated and logged. You control who can access your devices.
How do I cancel my subscription? +
You can cancel anytime from your account settings. Your access continues until the end of your billing period. Contact support if you need help.
