How do I install the RMM agent?+
Download the appropriate agent for your operating system from the Downloads page. Run the installer and follow the prompts. The device will automatically appear in your dashboard within minutes.
What's included in each plan?+
All plans include access to the AI Operations Team, RMM monitoring, remote support via RustDesk, ticketing, and automation. Plans differ in the number of devices and users. See our pricing page for details.
How do I connect to a device remotely?+
Navigate to Remote Support and enter the device ID, or select a device from your managed devices list. Make sure RustDesk is installed on your workstation.
Can the AI agents take actions automatically?+
Yes! AI agents can perform automated actions based on your configured rules. You can enable/disable autonomous actions in your settings and set up approval workflows for critical operations.
How do I upgrade my plan?+
Go to Billing and select "Change Plan". Choose your new plan and billing cycle. Upgrades take effect immediately, and you'll be charged a prorated amount.
