Vellunox provides AI-powered business services on a subscription basis. As a service provider, we do not offer refunds for services already rendered. Your subscription grants immediate access to our AI team and platform features.
The one-time Founder buy-in fee secures your lifetime pricing lock and is non-refundable. This fee grants permanent access to exclusive Founder benefits including locked-in pricing, priority support, and early access to new features.
Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.
Token purchases are non-refundable once credited to your account. Unused tokens do not expire and will remain available for future use. We recommend starting with smaller token packages to ensure they meet your needs.
In rare cases involving technical issues on our end that prevented service delivery, we may offer credits or partial refunds at our discretion. Please contact our billing team with details of any issues.
