Refund Policy

Simple rule: we try to be fair, but custom work, completed service time, installed support work, and handmade pieces cannot be returned like shelf products.
Ulbrich's Woodshop Products
All sales are final on handmade and custom pieces. Each sign, map, board, coaster set, and finished piece is made, finished, packed, or reserved for a specific customer/order.
- Custom, personalized, made-to-order, or finished wood pieces are not refundable after the order is started.
- In-stock handmade pieces are final sale once purchased, picked up, shipped, or reserved for pickup.
- If an item arrives damaged, is the wrong item, or has a clear production mistake, contact us within 3 calendar days with photos so we can review a repair, replacement, shipping claim, or other fair fix.
- Shipping charges, rush work, design/setup labor, personalization, and local pickup no-shows are not refundable unless Vellunox/Ulbrich's Woodshop caused the issue.
Vellunox Service Plans
- Month-to-month plans can be canceled before the next billing cycle. Service stays active through the paid period unless security or abuse requires earlier suspension.
- Annual or prepaid terms may be discounted because the customer is committing to a longer service period. Early cancellation does not automatically create a refund.
- Refunds are not provided for completed support, remote sessions, setup, remediation, monitoring, account work, security review, or other labor already performed.
- If a billing mistake happens, we will correct it. If service was not delivered because of a Vellunox issue, we will review the account and make a fair adjustment.
One-Time Support And Device Checks
- Free device checks have no payment due.
- Paid one-time support is refundable only before work begins.
- Once a technician, remote session, support app, troubleshooting, file review, or remediation work starts, the service is considered underway and is not refundable.
Stripe Payments
Website payments are processed through Stripe. Approved refunds, when applicable, are returned to the original payment method. Bank and card processing times are controlled by the payment networks and may take several business days.
Abuse, Unsafe Requests, Or Fraud
Vellunox may refuse service, cancel access, or stop work for abusive behavior, unsafe requests, fraud, illegal activity, chargeback abuse, or attempts to harm customers, staff, systems, devices, or data.
